Equipment

  • 1 Blender or food processor 
  • 1 glass jar or bottle

Ingredients

  • 500 ml Milk Low fat
  • 2 scoops Herbalife Wildberry Flavor
  • 1 cup Frozen blackberries
  • 2 scoops Herbalife Chocolate Flavor
  • 2 scoops Herbalife Protein Powder

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine low-fat milk, Herbalife Chocolate Flavors, and Wildberry Flavors.
  • Add the frozen blackberries and blend until smooth.
  • Add the Herbalife Protein Powder and blend for a few seconds until incorporated into the mixture.
  • Pour into glasses.

Notes

• For a thicker shake, add more frozen blackberries.
• If you prefer sweeter shakes, add 1-2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup to the mixture.
• Add a scoop of your favorite ice cream for an indulgent treat.
• To make it vegan-friendly, use almond milk instead of regular milk.
