Equipment

  • 1 One Glass
  • 1 Fresh fruits
  • Nuts and Seeds

Ingredients

  • 4 oz  acai berry puree
  • 4 oz  mango, frozen
  • 1.5 cups Low-fat milk / almond milk
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries, blueberries and raspberries
  • 1 large frozen banana

Instructions

  • In a blender, add the acai berry puree, frozen mixed berries, frozen mango slices, banana slices, and almond milk.
  • Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the smoothie into two glasses, and top with extra berries and bananas, if desired. Serve immediately!
  • If you have any leftover Acai Berry Boost Tropical Smoothie, store it in an airtight container or glass jar in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Notes

– If you find the Acai Berry Boost Tropical Smoothie too tart, add some honey or maple syrup to sweeten it.
– If you don’t have acai berry puree, you can substitute it with frozen blueberries or any other frozen berries of your choice.
– If you prefer a thinner smoothie, add a little more almond milk.
 
– For an extra boost of protein, try adding some Greek yogurt or nut butter to your smoothie.
