Ingredients

  • 1 pc large egg
  • 1 Formula 1 dutch chocolate flavor protein powder
  • 1 scoop Protein baked goods mix
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk or whole milk
  • 1/2 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp flour or whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup Oatmeals
  • ½ pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Smuckers Sugar-Free Caramel Syrup
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a baking tray.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the egg and Formula 1 until it is light and fluffy.
  • Add in the protein baked goods mix, whole wheat flour, oatmeals, salt, milk and baking powder. Mix everything well until it forms a dough.
  • Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into desired shapes. Place the shapes onto the greased baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven, let cool.

Notes

-If you want to make your treats even more delicious, you can add in some fresh fruits or nuts for added flavor.
-If you like your baked goods a little sweeter, feel free to add in some sugar-free caramel syrup or any kind of syrup.
-For an extra crunchy texture, sprinkle some oats on top before baking.
