Equipment

  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 Pan

Ingredients

  • A packet of instant Ramen
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter 
  • Seasoning for taste

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk two eggs with a small fork. Set them aside.
  • In a pan, take two cups of water and boil it. Follow the package instructions to cook the ramen. It will take approximately 3-4 minutes. Cook the noodles thoroughly by boiling them and then use a clean fork to separate the large chunks so they will cook evenly.
  • Once the noodles are cooked, remove the saucepan from the heat. Then, pour out some water using your eye estimation.
  • Now put the pan again on the stove on medium heat. Add the beaten eggs, butter, and garlic powder. 
  • Now, stir for one minute or until it combines with the other ingredients.
  • Season your food with the seasoning packet from instant ramen noodles. Mix them together.

Notes

– Do not overcook the noodles, or they will become mushy.
– Raw eggs are used in this recipe, so if you are concerned about food safety, use pasteurized eggs.
– If you don’t have a packet of ramen seasoning, you can use soy sauce or salt to taste.
– To increase the taste, you can use sesame.
-If you want a more authentic taste, use chicken broth instead of water.
