  • 2/3 cup sour cream, at room temperature
  • 2 apple
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 bananas
  • 2/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 cup cantaloupe diced
  • 2 cup blueberries
  • 2/3 cup condensed milk sweetened
  • 2 cup strawberries sliced

Topping ideas

  • honey
  • shredded coconut
  • pecans
  • raisins
  • granola
  • sliced almonds

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, and sour cream until combined.
Add in the vanilla extract and stir to combine.
Divide the mixture among four bowls or glasses.
Top each bowl with half of the strawberries, bananas, apple, cantaloupe, pineapple, and blueberries.
  • Sprinkle each bowl with your desired toppings.
You can mix and match different combinations of granola, shredded coconut, raisins, almonds, pecans, walnuts, and honey.
  • Serve the bowls immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
If desired, you can drizzle a little honey on top for added sweetness.

  • For an extra creamy Bionicos, replace the sour cream with Greek yogurt.
  • To add a bit more tartness to the dish, try adding some diced kiwi or mango.
  • If you don't like granola, you can substitute crushed cereal or crushed pretzels for a different texture.
  • If you don't want to use sweetened condensed milk, try using evaporated milk instead.
  • For an even sweeter dish, try adding some chocolate chips or sprinkles on top.
  • To make the Bionicos more nutritious, add some raw nuts or seeds like chia, hemp, or flax.
  • For an extra boost of protein, try adding some Greek yogurt or nut butter to the mix.
  • If you want your Bionicos to stay cool longer, freeze the bowls before topping with desired ingredients.
  • For a lower calorie option, replace the sweetened condensed milk with unsweetened almond milk.
