  • 3 tbsp Pudding Mix Chocolate Flavored
  • Salt to taste
  • 6 tsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour/Bread flour for Dusting
  • 3 tsp White granulated sugar
  • 200 gram Pre-made Pizza Dough
  • 1/4 tbsp Brown Sugar


  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Dust a large cutting board or countertop with all-purpose flour. Place the pizza dough on the surface and roll it out until it is about 1/4 inch thick. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the pudding mix, all-purpose flour, chilled and cubed butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix together until it forms a thick paste.
  • Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the pizza dough. Roll up the edges to form a crust.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Allow pizza to cool before slicing.
  • Once cooled, slice into desired slices.


  • Make sure to roll out the pizza dough evenly and as thin as possible for a crispier crust.
  • If the pudding mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon of cold water until desired consistency is reached.
  • If you want extra sweetness, add a dusting of powdered sugar after baking.
  • For a fun twist, spread out pieces of fresh fruit (like strawberries) over the pudding mixture before rolling up the edges!
  • To make this pizza extra decadent, top with a drizzle of melted chocolate.
  • If you don't have pudding mix on hand, you can use instant chocolate pudding instead. Just follow the instructions for making instant pudding and use that as the base of the Bavarian cream pizza!
