  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk from carton
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 Tbsp. freeze-dried strawberries
  • ½ cup unsweetened strawberry sparkling water
  • ½ packet strawberry Crystal Light

Step 1: Prepare Your Ingredients:

  • Gather ½ cup of unsweetened coconut milk from a carton, 1 cup of ice, 2 tablespoons of freeze-dried strawberries, ½ cup of unsweetened strawberry sparkling water, and ½ packet of strawberry Crystal Light.

Step 2: Combine Coconut Milk And Ice:

  • Pour ½ cup of unsweetened coconut milk into a glass. Add 1 cup of ice to the glass.

Step 3: Add Crushed Strawberries:

  • Crush 2 tablespoons of freeze-dried strawberries and sprinkle them over the coconut milk and ice in the glass.

Step 4: Pour Sparkling Water And Crystal Light:

  • Open the bottle of unsweetened strawberry sparkling water and pour ½ cup into the glass. Tear open the packet of strawberry Crystal Light and add half of it to the glass.

Step 5: Stir Well:

  • Use a spoon or stirrer to mix all the ingredients together until the Crystal Light is fully dissolved and the flavors are evenly distributed.

Step 6: Serve And Garnish (Optional):

  • Your healthy pink drink is now ready to enjoy! Give it a final stir if needed, then sip and relish the refreshing combination of flavors. For an extra touch, garnish your drink with a fresh strawberry or a slice of lime on the rim of the glass.

  • – For a sweeter version of the drink, you can add a dash of honey or agave syrup to enhance the sweetness.
  • – Feel free to experiment with different fruit flavors by substituting the freeze-dried strawberries with raspberries or blueberries for a unique twist.
  • – To make a dairy-free version of the drink, use almond milk or oat milk instead of coconut milk.
  • – For a more indulgent treat, top the drink with a dollop of coconut whipped cream and a sprinkle of toasted coconut flakes.
