- 10 -11 cups flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 packages of active dry yeast
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1 ⁄4 cups sugar
First, you need to combine 5 cups of flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
Warm the water to lukewarm (about 105 degrees F), add oil, and mix it with eggs. Next, you have to pour the water mixture into the flour mixture and stir until well combined.
Gradually add the remaining flour while kneading with your hands until the dough is smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth or towel and let it rise for about 1 hour.
Punch down the dough. Divide it into 2 portions and shape them into loaves. Then, place the loaves on a greased baking sheet and let them rise until they double in size.
Now, bake at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve it warm or preserve it to eat in the future.
• Knead the dough thoroughly to ensure that it is soft and elastic.
• Let the bread rise properly for the best results.
• Cover the dough with a damp cloth to prevent it from drying out.
