Ingredients

  • 4 oz. of freshly squeezed lemon juice extracted from ripe lemons, brings a tangy and vibrant acidity to the cocktail, providing a refreshing and citrus-forward taste that serves as the backbone of the drink.
  • 8 tablespoons of sugar a sweet and granulated ingredient that provides the base sweetness for the cocktail, balancing the tartness of the lemon and adding a delightful touch of sweetness to the overall flavor profile.
  • 1/4 oz. of Stirrings Pure Cane Simple Syrup a rich and sweet syrup made from pure cane sugar, further enhances the sweetness of the cocktail, ensuring a well-balanced and harmonious taste experience.
  • Ice to chill the cocktail and create a refreshing and cooling effect, ensuring that each sip is crisp and invigorating.

Instructions

  • Begin by combining the sugar, lemon juice, and zest in a cocktail shaker. Muddle them together until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Add the fresh raspberry halves to the shaker and muddle once again.
  • Pour in the triple sec, Tito’s vodka, Stirrings Pure Cane Simple Syrup, and mint leaves.
  • Add cubed ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for approximately 30 seconds- 1 minute until all ingredients are mixed together.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lemon wheel before drinking.

Notes

• Make sure you shake the mixture vigorously to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
• If you don’t have a cocktail shaker, you can also use a mason jar with a lid.
• For an extra special garnish, use a mix of lemon and lime wedges!
• If you’d like your martini to be sweeter, add a teaspoon of simple syrup or two.
