Equipment

  • Shot glass
  • Bar spoon
  • A long match or ligher

Ingredients

  • 1/3 oz. ml Midori Melon liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. Grenadine Syrup
  • 1/3 oz. White Rum
  • 1/3 oz. ml Tequila

Instructions

  • Start by pouring Grenadine syrup into a shot glass.
  • Add white rum, Midori melon liqueur and tequila on top of the grenadine syrup in equal quantities as shown above.
  • Ignite the liquids with a long match or lighter until it is flaming.
  • Let the shot burn until it’s extinguished on its own.
  • Remove any remaining fire and serve immediately.

Notes

• When pouring liquor over Grenadine, always pour slowly to avoid mixing the flavours too much.
• Be careful when lighting the drink since alcohol is flammable.
• You don’t need to use a lot of alcohol for this drink, just add enough to make it flammable and give it a pleasant flavor.
