As we all know, Lasagna is one of the most popular Italian dishes. It is definitely a dish that everybody loves! What if I tell you that there is a way to make it even more delicious and easier to prepare? Well, the Skinner Lasagna recipe is just what you need!
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Cook Lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
In a bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, eggs, ground beef, and pepper until well combined.
Spread 1/2 cup of the spaghetti sauce in a 9×13 inch baking dish. Place half of the lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the cheese-meat mixture, then sprinkle with 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layering again with the remaining ingredients ending with Mozzarella cheese. Pour the water over the lasagna and cover it with foil.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
• To make it even more delicious, you can add some chopped vegetables or herbs such as bell peppers, onion, garlic, oregano, etc.• If you want your lasagna to be extra cheesy, add more mozzarella cheese.• To make it even more flavorful and delicious, you can sprinkle some crushed red pepper over the top of the lasagna just before baking.
