Ingredients

  • 4 cups Vanilla Yogurt
  • 4 cups Frozen strawberries, and blueberries thawed
  • 1 cup Granola
  • Mint leaves to garnish

Instructions

  • Start by layering the granola, blueberries, and yogurt in a glass. Start with a layer of granola followed by blueberries and then top it off with a scoop of yogurt.
  • Repeat this layering process until you reach the top of your glass.
  • Add the thawed strawberries to the top layer and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Garnish your parfait with fresh mint leaves and serve chilled!

Notes

– If you don't have frozen berries on hand, use fresh berries instead. However, make sure to add a bit more yogurt or granola to offset the higher water content of the fresh fruit.
– For a sweeter parfait, add a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup to the yogurt.
– You can also use different kinds of yogurt such as Greek or coconut for an even creamier consistency.
– For an extra crunch, try adding nuts or seeds to your parfait!
– To make this recipe vegan, use a plant-based yogurt and dairy-free granola.
