Godfather’s Taco Pizza is a Mexican-style pizza that is made with a crispy corn tortilla crust and topped with seasoned beef, tomatoes, onions, shredded lettuce, and cheddar cheese. It is then finished with a zesty taco sauce. This delicious pizza is perfect for any party, get-together, or dinner.
First, take a medium-size skillet. Then, put the ground beef in it and drain well. Now, you need to add 1 packet of taco seasoning to the pan, add a little bit of water and combine them well with the beef.
Next, roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Spread taco sauce, tomato sauce, and the refried beans over the dough before adding a layer of mozzarella cheese.
After that, add the seasoned beef on top of the sauce and cheese. Then, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over it.
Bake at 450 degrees F for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown in color. Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving hot with a side of sour cream or ranch dressing.
You can also garnish with diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and/or black olives before serving if desired. Enjoy!

Notes
Make the pizza dough thinner if you want a crispy crust, or wait for the crust to turn golden and crisp. If you like a chewy crust, make thicker pizza dough instead of using thin dough, and don’t overcook it.
