  • 1 stove or a microwave oven
  • 1 Knife and cutting board


  • 5 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 5 diced Roma tomatoes
  • Flat Bread
  • 4 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste
  • Pesto To Taste


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with foil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 18-22 minutes until cooked through. Once cooked, remove from oven and set aside.
  • Spread pesto over the flatbread. Top with mozzarella, tomatoes, and cooked chicken breasts. Drizzle olive oil over the top of everything.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.


– For added flavor, try adding some garlic powder or Italian seasoning to the flatbread before baking.
– To make the dish even more filling, add some fresh spinach or arugula on top of the cheese before baking.
– If you don’t have pesto on hand, you can use a store-bought or homemade Alfredo sauce instead.
