Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Place the turkey cutlets on a flat surface and season both sides of each cutlet with salt and pepper.
In a shallow dish, add the flour and season with salt and pepper. In another shallow dish, beat the eggs. In a third shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese.
Working with one turkey cutlet at a time, dredge the cutlets in flour until coated on both sides then dip each side in the egg, thus coating each side.
Place the cutlets in the breadcrumb mixture and press lightly to make sure each side is coated with breadcrumbs.
Place the cutlets onto the prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.
Serve the dish with your desired garnish!
