In a medium bowl, combine flour and active dry yeast. Stir until combined.
Add warm water, kosher salt, honey, molasses, and vegetable oil. Stir until everything is combined into a soft dough.
Knead for about 5 minutes on a lightly floured surface. The dough should be slightly sticky but not too wet.
Place the dough in an oiled bowl and cover it with a damp cloth. Allow the dough to rise for about an hour until it has doubled in size.
Split the dough into eight equal pieces and roll them out into long ropes. Twist each rope three times, then form it into a pretzel shape.
Place the pretzels on a lightly greased baking sheet and brush them with melted butter. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top of each pretzel.
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
