Ingredients

  • 14 tbsp unsalted cold butter
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg

  • In a large mixing bowl, take all-purpose flour and salt. Add 3/4 cup cold butter. The butter should be cut into cubes. Then gently mix with a fork until the cubes are evenly dispersed in the mixture.
