  • 1 cup of whole milk warmed, providing a comforting and creamy base for the recipe.
  • 2 teaspoons of condensed milk bringing a luscious and velvety texture to the mixture.
  • 2 tablespoons of dried skim milk powder sieved, contributing to a creamy consistency and enriching the flavor.
  • 2 cups of heavy cream adding richness and indulgence to the dish.
  • 4 teaspoons of light corn syrup adding a touch of sweetness and aiding in the smoothness of the final product.


  • In a medium pan, whisk together the warmed milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, caster sugar, dried skim milk powder, and light corn syrup until well combined.
  • Warm the mixture gently in a saucepan over low heat until it is just steaming (do not boil).
  • Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the condensed milk and melted white chocolate until everything is well combined. Strain it. Let it cool & put in the fridge to chill for at least 1 hour.
  • Divide the Summer Moon Milk into two glasses and serve chilled.


- You can use any kind of milk for this Summer Moon Milk recipe, but whole milk is the best choice.
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness of your drink by adding more or less sugar as desired.
- If you’d like a stronger flavor, add up to 1 teaspoon of cinnamon or nutmeg to the mixture before heating.
- For a richer drink, add up to 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk.
