Instructions
In a medium pan, whisk together the warmed milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, caster sugar, dried skim milk powder, and light corn syrup until well combined.
Warm the mixture gently in a saucepan over low heat until it is just steaming (do not boil).
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the condensed milk and melted white chocolate until everything is well combined. Strain it. Let it cool & put in the fridge to chill for at least 1 hour.
Divide the Summer Moon Milk into two glasses and serve chilled.
