Ingredients

  • Ice essential for keeping the drink chilled and adding a refreshing coolness ensuring a satisfying sip.
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar natural sweetener with a hint of caramel flavor adding a subtle sweetness and depth to the cocktail.
  • Club Soda effervescent and bubbly water that adds a refreshing and crisp element lightening the cocktail and giving it a lively finish.
  • 1/2 oz coconut rum Malibu flavorful rum infused with the creamy and tropical taste of coconut, imparting a luscious and exotic twist to the drink.
  • 1/2 oz cream of coconut such as Coco Real creamy and sweet coconut-based ingredient that adds a velvety and rich texture, creating a smooth and indulgent mouthfeel.

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker cup with ice and add the mint leaves, coconut rum, cream of coconut, brown sugar, lime juice, and white rum to it.
  • Shake all the ingredients together until they are well combined. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour in the mixture from the shaker cup.
  • Top off the mixture with club soda and stir until it’s well mixed. Garnish the drink with a lime wedge and mint leaves, if desired.
