First, take a pan and add olive oil to it. Then, add onion and garlic to the pan and fry on medium heat. Cook until they are soft.
Season them with cumin and chipotle powder. Saute for a few minutes and stir occasionally.
Next, add the broth and juices to the mixture. If you want it to be a little sweeter, pour some agave syrup. Keep stirring, or the mixture will stick to the bottom of the pan.
Add and saute the chopped meat to the mixture until it is cooked well.
Next, add the beans and then the roasted pepper. Gently stir the ingredients together.
To ensure the texture of the beans and meat is perfect, cook the mixture on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
Off the heat and serve them with your desired garnishing ingredients!
