Equipment

  • Mini Blender
  • spoon
  • Waffle iron
  • Plate for serving
  • Spatula

Ingredients

  • 50 ml of almond milk adding a subtle nutty flavor and creamy consistency to the batter.
  • 1/8 teaspoon of salt enhancing the overall taste and balancing the sweetness of the other ingredients.
  • 1/2 serving 13g of Herbalife Nutrition F1 Vanilla cream flavor, adding a delicious and creamy taste, enhancing the overall flavor profile of the recipe.
  • 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg adding a subtle and earthy flavor, complementing the cinnamon and adding depth to the recipe.
  • 15 g of oat flour adding a wholesome and fiber-rich element, contributing to a tender texture.
  • 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon infusing a warm and aromatic note, enhancing the overall flavor profile.
  • 1/2 egg offering richness and moisture to the baked goods.
  • 1 egg white providing additional protein and contributing to a lighter texture.
  • 1/2 serving 12g of Herbalife Nutrition Protein Bake Mix, providing a high-quality protein source to support muscle growth and recovery.

Instructions

  • Place the Herbalife Nutrition Protein Bake Mix, F1 Vanilla Cream Flavour and egg into a blender. Blend until everything is combined.
  • Whisk together the egg whites and almond milk in a separate bowl until frothy.
  • Add the oat flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the wet ingredients in the blender. Pulse until just blended. Do not over mix, or your waffles will be tough.
  • Preheat your waffle iron on medium-high heat— spray some canola cooking oil to prevent sticking. Pour half of the batter into one corner of the waffle iron and spread it out evenly using a spoon or spatula. Close the lid and cook for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove the waffle from the iron and place it on a plate. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  • Serve warm with your favorite toppings, and enjoy!

Notes

– If you don’t have almond milk, you may use fat-free or oat milk to maintain the same quality taste. But fatty milk is not a suitable replacement.
– If oat flour is not available, you can use all-purpose flour in its place, although it may slightly alter the flavor of your waffles.
– Canola oil spray will work best when making waffles – substituting vegetables or regular oils will compromise the taste and flavor.
