Place the Herbalife Nutrition Protein Bake Mix, F1 Vanilla Cream Flavour and egg into a blender. Blend until everything is combined.
Whisk together the egg whites and almond milk in a separate bowl until frothy.
Add the oat flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the wet ingredients in the blender. Pulse until just blended. Do not over mix, or your waffles will be tough.
Preheat your waffle iron on medium-high heat— spray some canola cooking oil to prevent sticking. Pour half of the batter into one corner of the waffle iron and spread it out evenly using a spoon or spatula. Close the lid and cook for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove the waffle from the iron and place it on a plate. Repeat with the remaining batter.
