Equipment

  • baking sheet
  • Parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Costco Orange Sauce frozen
  • Veggies as per your choice
  • 1 package Fully Cooked Costco Frozen Chicken

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the fully cooked Costco chicken pieces on the parchment paper, then generously cover them with Costco Orange sauce. Bake for 18-20 minutes until the sauce is bubbly and the chicken is hot all the way through.
  • While your chicken bakes, prepare your vegetables by heating some oil in a separate pan over medium heat. Add the veggies of your choice, and cook for 8-10 minutes until they are tender and lightly browned.
  • Once everything is cooked, assemble the dish by adding the chicken to the veggie mixture. Serve hot with rice or any side you desire.

Notes

  • If you don’t have access to a Costco, you can always substitute the frozen chicken with uncooked chicken breasts and cook them according to package instructions.
  • For a super quick version of this dish, try microwaving the chicken instead of baking it.
  • Be sure to adjust the cooking time according to your oven and the ingredients used.
  • For an extra bit of flavor, try adding a teaspoon of grated ginger or garlic to the orange sauce.
  • Feel free to add more vegetables to the dish for added nutrition and variety.
  • Serve with steamed white or brown rice for a complete meal.
