  • juice from 2 lemons
  • 4 tbsp Trader Joe’s Creamy Dill dressing
  • 2 cucumbers sliced
  • Israeli Feta according to taste
  • Lettuce of choice

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and Trader Joe’s Creamy Dill dressing until mixed well.
  • It’s time to assemble your salad! In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and red onion. Add in your desired amount of Israeli feta and give everything a gentle toss. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well to ensure all the ingredients are coated. For plating, place your favorite type of lettuce on plates or in bowls. Top with the tomato and cucumber mixture, then add a few spoons of hummus on top.
  • Your homemade Trader Joe’s Greek Salad is now ready to be served.
