Ingredients

  • Ice as per need
  • 2 quarts of water
  • 2 tbsp of dried mint or ½ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 quarts of yogurt whole milk
  • 2 tsp of salt
  • 2 cucumbers 4 cups or 6 Persian cucumbers – Optional
  • 4 tsp of dried rose petals – Optional
  • 2 tsp of dried basil – Optional
  • 2 tsp of dried celery – Optional
  • 2 tsp of mint – Optional

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine yogurt, water, mint (dried or fresh), salt, and any optional flavorings. Blend until smooth.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes. Carefully pour the blended mixture into the glasses, distributing it evenly.
  • Garnish the yogurt drink with mint leaves or your choice of garnish.
  • Serve the chilled beverage immediately for a refreshing treat.

Notes

  • Don’t forget to add salt, as it helps to balance out the flavors of the drink.
