Instructions
In a blender, combine yogurt, water, mint (dried or fresh), salt, and any optional flavorings. Blend until smooth.
Fill glasses with ice cubes. Carefully pour the blended mixture into the glasses, distributing it evenly.
Garnish the yogurt drink with mint leaves or your choice of garnish.
Serve the chilled beverage immediately for a refreshing treat.
Notes
Don’t forget to add salt, as it helps to balance out the flavors of the drink.
For a thicker consistency, adjust the ratio of yogurt and water as desired.
