Instructions

  • Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
  • Pour the mango nectar, sweet and sour mix and Triple Sec into it.
  • Slowly add Malibu mango rum and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass with ice.
  • Garnish with a lemon slice.

Notes

• If desired, substitute the mango nectar with freshly blended mango.
• The triple sec can be replaced with orange juice concentrate.
• You can also use coconut rum instead of Malibu mango rum for a tropical twist.
