4ozpasta noodles of your choicecooked to perfection, adding a delightful texture
1/16cupfresh parsleychopped (approximately 1 tablespoon), adding a burst of freshness and herbaceous aroma

Instructions
In a large saucepan, pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a boil over medium-high heat.
Add the diced cooked chicken to the boiling broth and let it simmer for about 10 minutes or until the chicken is heated through.
Reduce the heat to low and add pasta noodles, black pepper, carrots, and parsley.
Let the soup simmer until the pasta is cooked through, about another 10 minutes or so.
Taste for seasoning and add in salt if needed.

• You can also use cooked turkey instead of chicken for this soup.• To give the soup a richer flavor, add some freshly grated Parmesan cheese or a dash of cream to the simmering soup.• If you like a thicker consistency, you can stir in some cornstarch slurry (cornstarch mixed with water) towards the end.
