Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the riced cauliflower and salt. Mix until evenly combined.
  • Spread the cauliflower mixture on the prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the cauliflower from the oven and reduce heat to 375°F (190°C).
  • Top the cauliflower with tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and basil. Crack eggs over the pizza evenly.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Allow to cool for several minutes before slicing.
