Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail Shaker
  • 1 Cocktail Strainer
  • Cocktail glasses

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces of Pineapple Rum bringing an additional layer of pineapple essence and a touch of warmth to your drink.
  • 8 ounces of refreshing and tropical Pineapple Juice creating a luscious and velvety base that transports you to a beach paradise.
  • 2 ounces of mesmerizing and vibrant Blue Curacao adding a striking blue color and a citrusy orange flavor to your cocktail.
  • 2 ounces of vibrant and sweet Grenadine lending a rich red hue and a delightful burst of fruity flavor to your cocktail.
  • 1 ounce of smooth and creamy coconut rum infusing your drink with a tropical twist and a hint of exotic coconut flavor.

Instructions

  • Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour 1 oz of Grenadine into the glass and let it settle at the bottom.
  • Then, mix 4 oz of Pineapple Juice and half an ounce of coconut rum in a shaker. Shake well to combine.
  • Carefully pour the mixture into the glass and fill it almost halfway up again.
  • Now, mix 1oz Blue Curacao and one-ounce pineapple rum in the shaker to create a beautiful green layer on top.
  • Carefully pour the mixture into the glass and fill it almost three-quarters of the way full and serve.

Notes

  • For a more tart and tangy flavor, use lime juice instead of pineapple juice.
  • If you want to make the drink stronger, increase the amount of rum in each layer.
  • If you want to make the drink sweeter, add a splash of simple syrup.
  • The colors can be adjusted to suit your preferences; for example, you could use green or yellow curacao instead of blue.
