  • 16 oz  of water
  • 4 scoops Herbalife 24 formula 1 sport chocolate
  • 1 cup fresh cherries
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup Non-Fat Greek Yogurt

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until it forms a creamy texture.
  • Pour the shake into a tall glass.
