Ingredients

  • 2 cups buttermilk or whole milk
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 2 Frozen Banana (Optional) 
  • 1 cup Non-Fat Greek Yogurt

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender, starting with the milk.
  • Blend until everything is combined and has reached your desired consistency.
  • Pour the shake into a glass or cup.

Notes

  • If you want to make it a bit sweeter, feel free to add some honey or maple syrup.
