  • 4 cups Ice
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • 4 scoops Vanilla PDM Shake Base
  • 3 tsp Powdered peanut butter
  • 4 scoops Cookies & Cream Healthy Meal Mix
  • 2 cookies Crumbled Oreo
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate sauce 


  • Place 4 cups of ice, 1 1/2 cups of water, 4 scoops of vanilla PDM Shake Base, and 4 scoops of Cookies & Cream Healthy Meal Mix in a blender.  
  • Blend the ingredients until they are completely mixed together and the shake has a smooth texture.
  • Add 3 tsp of powdered peanut butter and blend again until the mixture is well combined.
  • Transfer the shake to two mason jars or glasses and garnish with a crumbled Oreo cookie, some whipped cream, and chocolate sauce.

-Make sure to blend the ingredients well so that the shake has a smooth texture.
-Substitute in your favorite type of protein powder if you don’t have Herbalife’s Healthy Meal Mix on hand.

-For a richer flavor, use almond or coconut milk instead of water.
-You can also add in other ingredients like chopped nuts or fruit to customize the shake even further.
-Store leftovers in an airtight container and keep them refrigerated for up to three days.
