  • blender or cocktail shaker
  • Martini Glass


  • 11 ounce peach schnapps or peach cinnamon syrup
  • 12 oz Shot of Amaro di Angostura
  • A dried peach
  • 4 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
  • 1 1/2  glass fresh lemonade
  • Mint
  • 2 fluid ounce Cynar
  • Marigold flower


  • In a highball glass or tumbler, add the peach schnapps (or syrup) and bitters. Fill with ice cubes if desired.
  • Add the Cynar and lemonade, stirring gently.
  • Drop in the mint, amaro di Angostura and dried peach, gently stirring again.
  • Garnish with the marigold flower and serve.

  • You can also use white rum to make this drink instead of peach schnapps or syrup.
  • If you don’t have Cynar on hand, try using Campari instead.
  • To make this drink a bit sweeter, add a teaspoon of honey or simple syrup to taste.
  • Add a pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon for an extra layer of flavor.
