- blender or cocktail shaker
- Martini Glass
Ingredients
- 11 ounce peach schnapps or peach cinnamon syrup
- 12 oz Shot of Amaro di Angostura
- A dried peach
- 4 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
- 1 1/2 glass fresh lemonade
- Mint
- 2 fluid ounce Cynar
- Marigold flower
Instructions
- In a highball glass or tumbler, add the peach schnapps (or syrup) and bitters. Fill with ice cubes if desired.
- Add the Cynar and lemonade, stirring gently.
- Drop in the mint, amaro di Angostura and dried peach, gently stirring again.
- Garnish with the marigold flower and serve.

Notes
- You can also use white rum to make this drink instead of peach schnapps or syrup.
- If you don’t have Cynar on hand, try using Campari instead.
