Instructions

Step 1: Selecting Quality Beef

  • Commence the burger-making process by choosing high-quality, fatty beef to impart rich flavors. Opt for ground beef with around 80% fat content for optimal juiciness. Ensure the beef reaches room temperature before cooking.

Step 2: Seasoning the Beef

  • In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the fatty beef with a generous sprinkle of garlic powder and general seasoning. These flavor-packed seasonings are crucial to enhancing the overall taste of the burger. Be liberal with the spices for an irresistible blend.

Step 3: Infusing Chipotle Tabasco Sauce

  • Pour approximately half a bottle of chipotle Tabasco sauce per pound of beef into the mixing bowl. The smoky and spicy notes of the sauce add a fiery kick, beautifully balancing the richness of the beef and cheese.

Step 4: Mixing and Shaping Patties

  • Gently mix all the ingredients until well combined, taking care not to over-mix to avoid tough burgers. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties. Create a slight indentation in the center of each patty with your thumb to prevent puffing during cooking.

Step 5: Cooking the Patties
