  • 2 oz of pepper jack cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 4 oz of cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 tsp Sweet Paprika
  • 4 tbsp heavy cream or half and half

Instructions

  • Blend the cream cheese, half and half, salt, and paprika in a food processor until smooth.
  • Gently fold the shredded cheese into the mixture in the food processor.
  • Once all of the ingredients are combined nicely, transfer them to the refrigerator.
  • Ready to serve.

Notes

  • If you don't have a food processor, you can still make this cheese spread- just use a bowl and whisk to blend the ingredients together.
  • You can also add additional spices or herbs like garlic powder or parsley to taste for extra flavor.
  • If you want an even spicier kick, try adding some finely diced jalapenos.
  • Let the cheese spread sit in the fridge for a few hours before serving, to allow all of the flavors to meld.
