  • 2 tablespoons of crystal-clear spring water sourced from an untouched natural spring for its purity and freshness.
  • 1/2 cup of succulent blackberries carefully selected for their rich and earthy taste, adding a delightful burst of sweetness to the dish.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of silky cornstarch meticulously sifted to ensure a smooth texture and to help thicken the sauce.
  • 1/4 cup of pure cane sugar derived from the finest sugar cane and known for its natural sweetness.
  • 2 tablespoons of pristine white vinegar crafted from select grapes for a delicate acidity that enhances the overall balance of flavors.
  • 1/2 cup of plump and juicy raspberries handpicked at the peak of ripeness for their vibrant color and sweet-tart flavor.

  • In a medium-sized saucepan, combine raspberries, blackberries, sugar, vinegar, and water.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
  • Mix cornstarch with a little bit of water to form a paste and add it to the saucepan.
  • Continue cooking over medium heat for 5-7 minutes more, stirring occasionally until the sauce has thickened.
  • Let it cool & transfer the sauce to a blender & blend it.
  • Strain it through a sieve & discard the solids.
  • The sauce is ready to serve.

- If you want a slightly thicker sauce, add an extra teaspoon of cornstarch.
- If you like your sauces spicier, add a pinch of dried chili flakes.
- Feel free to adjust the sugar levels to suit your taste.
