Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk: This creamy dairy component serves as the base imparting a luscious and smooth consistency to the dish.
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick: A half-cup of this versatile baking mix brings a perfect balance of fluffiness and thickness ensuring a delectable texture to your culinary creation.
  • 2 eggs: These two eggs contribute not only to the structure but also enhance the overall richness creating a velvety and indulgent texture that elevates the dish to new heights.

Instructions

  • Begin by preparing the Bisquick mixture. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of milk with 1/2 cup of Bisquick. Using a whisk, beat the ingredients together until they are well incorporated and there are no lumps remaining. Next, add in 2 eggs to the mixture and continue to mix until they are fully combined.
  • Now it’s time to add in your favorite fillings. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin with non-stick spray. Fill each muffin cup about halfway with the Bisquick mixture, then add in your desired fillings such as cooked bacon, diced ham, chopped vegetables, or shredded cheese.
  • Bake the mini quiches for 25 minutes or until they turn a beautiful golden brown. Once done, allow them to cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes before removing and serving warm. Your quick and easy Bisquick mini quiches are ready to be enjoyed!

Notes

  • To make this recipe vegetarian, simply omit the meat and add in more vegetables or cheese.
  • Make sure to fill the muffin cups only about halfway full as the mixture will rise as it bakes.
  • Experiment with different fillings such as spinach, mushrooms, or even crumbled breakfast sausage. The possibilities are endless!
