- Begin by preparing the Bisquick mixture. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of milk with 1/2 cup of Bisquick. Using a whisk, beat the ingredients together until they are well incorporated and there are no lumps remaining. Next, add in 2 eggs to the mixture and continue to mix until they are fully combined. 
- Now it’s time to add in your favorite fillings. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin with non-stick spray. Fill each muffin cup about halfway with the Bisquick mixture, then add in your desired fillings such as cooked bacon, diced ham, chopped vegetables, or shredded cheese. 
- Bake the mini quiches for 25 minutes or until they turn a beautiful golden brown. Once done, allow them to cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes before removing and serving warm. Your quick and easy Bisquick mini quiches are ready to be enjoyed!
