Ingredients

  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 0.25 Cups Red Onion
  • 2 Garlic
  • Oivle Oil
  • 2 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 Tablespoon Cilantro
  • 2 Tablespoon Parsley
  • 1 Teaspoon Habanero Pepper
  • 0.25 Teaspoon Cumin
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  • Cut the tomatoes, red onion and garlic into small pieces in a bowl.
  • Add olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, parsley, habanero pepper and cumin to the bowl. Mix all of the ingredients together until evenly blended.
  • Season with salt as desired.
  • Transfer your bobby flay salsa to a serving dish and serve with chips or over tacos, burritos, eggs or any other dish of choice!

Notes

  • To adjust the heat level in the salsa, reduce the amount of habanero pepper used.
  • For a smoother texture, blend the ingredients in a food processor.
