Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the cooked chicken and chicken broth. Simmer until chicken is heated through and liquid has reduced by half, about 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and milk or heavy cream until smooth. Pour into the skillet with the chicken and broth. Stir to combine.
Bring mixture to a low boil and continue to cook for 5 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly.
Add buffalo sauce to the skillet and stir to combine. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine. Serve hot with desired toppings.
