Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix together 1/2 cup cooking oil, 1 1/2 cup Red Hot Buffalo Wing sauce, 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar, 2/3 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper, 2/3 teaspoon ground black pepper, 3 teaspoons cornstarch, 2/3 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce and 3 teaspoons water.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and coat them evenly with the sauce mixture.
Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 egg yolks and season with kosher salt to taste.
Heat up some avocado oil or canola oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (177°C).
Dip each wing into the egg yolk mixture and then place it into the hot oil for about 5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Remove from heat and place onto a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil before serving with your favorite dipping sauce!
