Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the potatoes in wedge shape.
Rinse the potato wedges thoroughly and dry them with a kitchen towel.
Put the potato wedges in a large bowl and add the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and dried parsley. Toss until all of the potatoes are evenly coated with the seasonings.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and spread the potato wedges on it in one layer.
Bake for 25 minutes, flipping the potatoes over halfway through to ensure even cooking.
When done, remove from the oven and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
