Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 tsp southwest seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ranch seasoning mix
  • 6 tsp adobo seasoning
  • 4 tsp sriracha
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp ketchup

Instructions

  • Begin by gathering all your ingredients and equipment. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of milk with 6 teaspoons of southwest seasoning, 1 and 1/2 cups of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of ranch seasoning mix, 6 teaspoons of adobo seasoning, 4 teaspoons of sriracha, 2 teaspoons of chili powder, and 2 teaspoons of ketchup. Use a whisk to thoroughly blend all the ingredients together until they are fully incorporated.
  • After mixing, assess the consistency of your dressing. If it appears too thick, add a small amount of milk and continue whisking until you achieve your desired thickness. Conversely, if it seems too thin, gradually add more mayonnaise while whisking continuously until the dressing reaches your desired texture. Remember, the consistency of your dressing is completely customizable to your preference.
  • Cover and refrigerate the dressing for at least an hour before serving. This allows the flavors to fully develop and meld together. Once chilled, serve with your favorite buffalo wings.

Notes

  • To make this dressing more spicy, you can add in some hot sauce or cayenne pepper.
  • For a healthier version, you can use low-fat milk and mayonnaise.
  • Experiment with different spice blends to create your own unique twist on this classic Southwest Ranch Dressing.
