Preheat your waffle iron to medium heat. In a bowl, mix together the corn syrup light, sugar, almond slices, and softened butter until they are well blended.
Gradually add in the flour and mix until the ingredients form a soft dough. Grease the preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray.
Place a tablespoon of the dough into the iron and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Once done, remove the cone from the waffle iron and set it aside to cool. Repeat with the remaining dough until you have 8 cones.
In a bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, salted butter, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and mix until fully combined.
Fill a piping bag with the cheesecake filling and pipe it into each of the cooled cones. Serve immediately to enjoy the best of it.
