Equipment

  • Shaker
  • Glass

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar: Infusing a hint of warm sweetness the brown sugar contributes depth and richness to the overall flavor profile.
  • 4 oz Heavy Cream: Pouring in a luscious and velvety texture the heavy cream elevates the dish, creating a smooth and creamy consistency.
  • 2 tsp Vanilla: Introducing a fragrant and aromatic note the vanilla enhances the sensory experience, imparting a subtle sweetness and warmth.
  • 2 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream: Adding a touch of Irish indulgence the Bailey’s Irish Cream infuses a smooth, creamy, and slightly chocolatey undertone.
  • Corn Syrup: same amount, unless specified otherwise in your recipe Offering a balanced sweetness and viscosity, the corn syrup binds the elements together, creating a cohesive and delectable mixture.
  • 2 oz Creme de Cacao: Intensifying the chocolate notes the Creme de Cacao contributes a rich and decadent flavor, complementing the other ingredients harmoniously.
  • Crushed Sugar Cookies: Providing a delightful crunch and a subtle sugary essence the crushed sugar cookies add a layer of texture and a hint of indulgence to the final creation.

Instructions

  • Start by coating the rim of your glass with a layer of sticky corn syrup. Place a few sugar cookies in a plastic bag and crush them into small pieces. Spread the crushed cookies onto a plate and gently press the rim of the glass into it, ensuring an even coating all around.
  • In a shaker, combine the warm sweetness of brown sugar, velvety heavy cream, fragrant vanilla extract, indulgent Bailey’s Irish Cream, and rich Creme de Cacao. Give it a vigorous shake until all the ingredients are perfectly blended.
  • Pour the creamy mixture over ice in your prepared glass. For an extra touch of decadence, top with a whole sugar cookie or a sprinkle of crushed cookies.

Notes

  • For a stronger drink, add an extra splash or two of Bailey’s Irish Cream.
  • You can also substitute the sugar cookies with chocolate cookies for a more intense chocolate flavor.
  • To make this cocktail non-alcoholic, simply omit the Bailey’s Irish Cream and use a splash of almond or coconut milk instead.
