Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a muffin tin with liners.
Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
Take another bowl, and whisk together milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Blend the wet mixture into the dry ingredients well and then add the blueberries.
Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with the batter.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into a muffin.
Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring them to a rack.
