Instructions

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Next, place flour tortillas on the prepared baking sheet. Evenly spread ¼ cup of cream cheese across each one.
  • Score four slices of Swiss cheese over the top of every tortilla.
  • Slice four medium tomatoes into thin slices and place them on top of the cheese.
  • Generously spread one tablespoon of jellied cranberry sauce over each tortilla. Layer two slices of deli-roasted turkey to complete the topping.
  • Add several leaves of fresh green leaf lettuce over every pinwheel for a delicious crunch.
  • Carefully roll up each pinwheel, making sure the seam is facing down, and place them on the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and begun to turn golden brown in color. Serve your Costco Pinwheels warm!
