Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups premium almond flour
  • ½ cup velvety unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ cup luxuriously melted coconut oil
  • 5 large free-range eggs
  • ¾ cup finely ground flaxseed meal
  • ¼ cup psyllium husk powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon handcrafted apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a standard loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut oil, almond milk, sea salt, flaxseed meal, psyllium husk powder, and baking powder until combined. In another bowl whisk eggs then add to the dry ingredients.
  • Add apple cider vinegar and mix until everything is well combined. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan, spread it out evenly with a spatula or spoon, and bake for 40 minutes.

Notes

  • Make sure all your ingredients are at room temperature before you start.
  • Line the loaf pan with parchment paper for easy removal and to keep the bread from sticking.
  • If your batter is too thick, add a bit of almond milk until it reaches the desired consistency.
  • To help the bread rise properly, make sure not to overmix the batter.
